Requirements:
For the 1 Bedroom, you must be earning at least $29,000. per year.
For the 2 Bedroom, you must be earning at least $39,000. per year.
Credit:
You must have good credit. If you do not have good credit, the landlord may consider a cosigner on a case-by-case basis. The consigner must reside in New York state, must be working, and must have good credit.
The application fee is $235, for the main applicant and $85, for each additional applicant or if there is a cosigner on the application. The application fee is non-refundable and can be paid by credit, debit, cash, or money order made payable to Neilson Gardens.
The rental fee is fixed at $1395, and $1755, for the one and two bedroom, respectively.
